X-ray Pain Therapy

X-ray Pain Therapy

Wear and tear of joints (shoulder, elbow, hand, knee) or calcium deposits in joints or the heel bone (heel spur) often lead to pain and restricted mobility in the affected area.

Through the controlled use of X-rays at the lowest possible dose, the natural healing process can be stimulated, reducing inflammatory tissue reactions and alleviating pain.

Learn how we can effectively and specifically help with X-ray pain therapy in the following video.

Key Information on Pain Therapy

Procedure of X-ray Pain Therapy

X-ray pain therapy is conducted in a series of 3 individual sessions (on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), with each irradiation lasting only a few seconds.

At the start of the therapy, pain may initially intensify before gradually subsiding. The full effect often becomes noticeable 3 to 4 weeks after treatment and can last for years. Other medical treatments are not affected.

What X-ray Pain Therapy Cannot Do

The wear and tear itself does not change, and calcifications remain. However, the inflammatory tissue reaction decreases, and the pain subsides.
